Being back in Chicago is a blissful blur of familiar streets and sites. It's hard to imagine another place that could feel so much like home. I'm back on the Near North Side, in another tiny apartment that now houses my new family, and loving city life. I'm also keeping an eye on the central city issue of homelessness and the lack of public housing:
